Pilates Apparatus
Find your deep core connection, align your body, and improve your posture. This rehabilitative body conditioning method was originally created by Joseph Pilates. The Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair help clients hone in on better biomechanics using precise movements and breathwork to safely target specific muscle groups. Keep it slow and controlled for building strength or take it into a faster paced athletic workout.. A great compliment to other fitness modalities.
GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM
Stretch and mobilize your spine and joints to feel better. Created to help dancers' bodies move more fluidly, this method uses circular and spiral movements to offer the body more mobility. The GXS Tower consists of a bench and a tower with a weighted pulley system. While working on the GXS Tower, your body works in all planes of motion to work intrinsic and global muscle groups. Perfect to increase mobility and assist with back, hip, and shoulder pain.
Pre and Postnatal
Through pregnancy and post-birth recovery, join either a group class series or take private sessions to support your journey as you navigate the changes your body experiences during this time of your life. Rebuild your core and strengthen your pelvic floor through breathwork and foundational Pilates to help alleviate joint and back pain with the demands of motherhood. Babies welcome!
Functional Training

Be it postpartum strengthening, injury recovery, or preparing for a big game, this is an opportunity to work in an intimate setting on what your body needs to function in a wholesome way.
TRX Suspension Training
Originally developed by the Navy Seals, the suspension trainer uses your body weight and gravity to create the ultimate workout. Work within your own limits while fixing alignment issues, developing strength and improving control. This system is super adaptable for individual needs, levels, and preferences. Work slowly for intense strengthening, add quick dynamic movements to increase power, agility and stamina, or incorporate Pilates and dance moves to improve core strength and balance.
Private Group Training
Create a personalized class just for you and your core crew. We can accommodate small groups of up to 8 people for private group training in our main studio space with Resistance Training, Pilates Mat, Pilates Chair, or TRX classes or a combo that suits your group.
